Samsung to Make Push in DMB End-Device Market

Samsung recently stated that it will try to make a push in the DMB end-device market, as it forecasts considerable growth for this market. In December 2005 it plans to launch nine new models, covering five kinds of devices, including mobile phones and PMPs. Furthermore, in 2006 the company is aiming for a global market share of more than 50%, with the company striving for the top position in the Korean market and for considerable shares in overseas markets such as Europe, the United States, and China.
